Processing time

Orders are handed to our supply partners for processing before they ship. Processing time is separate from transit time below.

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Orders ship via tracked dropshipping directly from our supply partners. Typical US delivery is 7–15 business days; delivery to other destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking from your account page if you're signed in, or from the confirmation email if you checked out as a guest.

International orders, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country on delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, and we'll help sort it out.
