We use this information to process and deliver your order, communicate about your order (confirmation, shipping, and return-related emails), respond to support requests, and, if you create an account, to show your order history.

Who we share it with

Your order and shipping details are shared with Stripe to process payment, and with the dropshipping supply partners that ship your order directly to you, along with the carriers that deliver it. We share only the details each partner needs to do its part. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill your orders, provide support, and meet our legal and tax obligations. When it's no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at hello@suspaws.com or via our contact page.
